a) Reporting institution- Foreign exchange business handling bank

b) Time of reporting - When withdrawing real estate acquisition funds

c) Documents submitted: Real estate acquisition contract, real estate appraisal or official land price confirmation, and a copy of the real estate register

d) Department - The Ministry of Strategy and Finance

3. Payment of money

4. Declaration of real estate acquisition - Real estate location city, county, district office

5. Application for registration number for real estate registration

6. Related institutions-corporations (Foundation)-real estate locations-city, county, and ward offices
      Nonresidents required documents - Corporation: Land location, city, district, district office, cadastral division
Submit the land acquisition report certificate, corporate registration issued by the relevant country (including the Embassy in Korea), and documents proving the address of the representative and the representative
※When applying for agency, attach an identification card for verifying the nationality of the agent and a power of attorney delegated by the notarized agency of the home country

7. Real estate registration
the Registrar's Office of Land Location
Documents submitted: Address certificate, registration certificate for real estate registration, application for registration, registration right certificate, copy of real estate register, certificate of cause of registration (verification contract, etc.)
