Certificate of registration (formerly registered copy) Confirm the owner in the “Gap” section. Check the identity of the owner and the resident registration number in front of the ID card and the certificate of registration, and verify that the real estate and the registration certificate are correct.

When the agent makes a contract, a seal certificate and a power of attorney issued by the owner are required.
After confirming the identity card of the agent, the deposit must be made to owner’s name stated on the certified copy of the register.
After depositing the down payment to the owner's account (in case of buyer or tenant) the money will not be refunded if the contract is canceled before balance is paid off. For the seller and the landlord cancels on the same case, down payment has to be refunded by double of the original down payment.
