- Here are the guidelines of taking out the garbage.
- There are two type of trash bags.
- Yellow: food waste / White : regular trash
- Recyclable items: plastic, metal, paper - You don't need to use a standard garbage bag.
- You can find more information at your nearby community center
- You must separate the food waste.
- Please do not throw away with the regular trash.
- Please take out the trash at set times: 6pm – 12am
- You must take out the trash at a designated area or you can be penalized and pay fine. - For private residences: In front of the gate of the building or designated place. For apartment complexes: Designated place in apartment complex.
- Please ask you neighbors or realtor for the designated area for the trash.
- Large Waste ex) Furniture, electric home appliances, bed, office machines, etc :
1. By visiting dong office in person Visit Dong-office and pay charges - Receiving a certificate sticker - Discharging the waste with attaching the sticker - Collecting.

2. By Internet - Application (Website- Gu office) - Payment - Printing/Attaching a certificate sticker - Discharging the waste with the sticker certificate - Collecting.

3. By arranging a free pick-up service  Service application picking up large waste home appliances by a collection vehicle driver's paying a visit -> Agreement (on providing personal information) -> Reservation -> Completing application -> Collection processing

You can easily purchased at supermarkets. - Different districts use different bags.
