1. When you sign the contract, you should pay a down payment to the landlord directly in-person or by a bank transfer which is normally 10% or less than that of the amount of the security deposit.
Before signing, you should ask and check all the details such as if pets are allowed, how much parking space provided, maintenance fees, walls, water pressure, housing condition, basic appliances if they are working properly, etc. (Please check the certificate of registration for the property before signing)

When the deposit money is paid and the contract is signed, both the lessor and the lessee have the duty to observe the terms and the conditions of the contract.

3. You should pay the balance on or before the commencement date of the lease agreement.
